Functions of production:
■ Management of the production process, ensuring production process in accordance with the production plan and with the contracts;
■ Manufacture plans development and production schedules for the organization as a whole and, if necessary, terms adjustment;
■ Monitoring the progress of the production process, providing the production with raw materials, materials, equipment, tools, technical documentation, transport, handling equipment and control of the quality of the final products;
■ Development of design and technical documentation, preparation for the new types of products manufacture, experimental manufacture;
■ Daily operational accounting of production, by the quantity of the final products and the range of products, monitoring the status and completeness of the work in progress;
■ Coordination of production activities between the workshops and other departments of the company;
■ Timely ordering and further management of the orders;
■ Technical and technological innovations findings and implementation which contribute to the improvement of the production process and ensure the growth of labor productivity;
